Extremely spacious and well cared for 37 Motor Yacht. Pride of ownership is felt upon first seeing this vessel as it is very clean and detailed.
There is ample seating for five in the cockpit area with an electric grill, wet-bar and icemaker/freezer. Storage is available under the sink and in the rear bench. New Isinglass surrounds the entire cockpit area.

To the port side is an L-shaped convertible couch with table. Forward a refrigerator/freezer, ample counter space with stainless sink, new lever faucet and two burner stove. New shell-like tile backsplash surrounds the galley. Storage galore in drawers and cabinets.
To starboard is a huge U-shaped couch that provides seating for your entire party. A TV and stereo round out the features.
Forward is a spacious V-berth with adjoined bath with stand-up shower. Ample storage in both areas including a standing closet.
Aft is a stateroom with walk-around king bed with underbed storage and adjoined bath with stand-up shower! Ample storage in both areas including a standing closet.
Overall there is 640sq.ft. of living space and 520sq.ft. of exterior entertainment space.
